We complete 99% of our smaller projects in 1-2 days. If your project is large, complex, or requires additional work, your project may take 3-4 days. For new foundation installations our turnaround time is 10-14 days, depending on its scope.

At CNY Evergreen, our experienced crew can install both block foundations and poured foundation walls with our special forms. We work with your architectural drawings or builder to figure out which route works best for your new construction.

Our extensive supplier relationships allow us to source material from the best local suppliers for the best price possible for our clients. Which concrete & aggregate supplier we use varies depending on your project location within the Syracuse area.

Depending on the type of your project, our turnaround time generally ranges between 1-4 weeks for foundation work, and 1-3 weeks for flatwork. Of course, this depends on factors such as the time of year and weather conditions required for pouring and finishing concrete.

We recommend that you get three concrete estimates. Pay close attention to each concrete contractor’s demeanor, knowledgeability, and presentation. Ask yourself some questions. How thorough and professional is the estimator? Are they helpful and willing to answer your questions? How detailed is their estimate?

We recommend that you compare your concrete proposals and your experience with each concrete estimator on the basis of price, quality, and professionalism. Keep in mind, if a concrete contractor is hard to reach now, he will be much harder to reach in the future in the case of an issue. 

We never recommend going with the cheapest contractor – a low estimate is often too good to be true. The contractor is most likely not insured, and will almost certainly cut corners with labor and materials. Almost always, they’ll attempt to add a large up-charge at the end of the project. Often, they’re a jack-of-all-trades handyman who will over-promise and under-deliver.
